On the way to San Diego, my family and I decided to take a shopping break here. The shops will suit all preferences and budgets from the usual like Gap to more high end like Cole Hann. I've never seen a Le Creuset store at an outlet mall today so that made this place a little unique! Some of the stores had great deals, others did not. Some of the stores, however, I felt were small in their selection but I was still able to splurge a little.
There's a Starbucks in the outlet area, too, for you to keep your energy up!
Bathrooms were abundant and surprisingly clean.

The Carlsbad Premium Outlet Stores - one of my favorite shopping spots in the San Diego area, love to go and grab a coffee or chocolates and wander around due to the open air site. Located next to the Carlsbad Flower Fields it calls to locals and tourists alike. Parking can bet a minimum on weekends - be prepared to drive in circles on Saturday and Sunday afternoons - especially on sunny days!

Coach, Juicy, Michael Kors, Dooney & Bourk, BCBG...a shoppers dream! The sales are hit and miss, so you have to go fairly often to get the best bargains. Parking is a nightmare, but with a little patience and some down-right stalking you can find a spot....expect at least 15 - 20 minutes of search time.

I LOVE this outlet! There are always great sales every time I go. I have always been highly satisfied with how far my dollar goes when I shop there. The selection of stores is fantastic, but that's kind of typical when you're an outlet. Bellefleur Restaurant is AMAZING. If you are on a shopping date with the girls, a date with the girlfriend or even an outing with your mom, you should definitely eat there: it adds a classy touch to your shopping experience.

Located right off the freeway, Large diversity of outlets- ranging from the usual suspects (gap, banana, coach), mid-priced (guess, Tommy, and a few other 'middle mall fashion' stores), preppy (theory, polo), high fashion (Barneys, Ferrgamo, Cole Hann) to sporty (Adidas, Reebok), and a select few other specialty home stores. Not the largest of outlet centers, but they do seem to have good quality stores.
Parking is horrific and they do not seem to have enough for the volume of people that go to the outlets- this is especially apparent during the peak holiday shopping season and on weekends. They do provide valet for $7 during the holiday season. If not, the centers across the street aren't too far that its not an unbearable walk.
